I haven’t seen it but I would think that realistic looking animals cannot express emotion. I think I rather wait until it’s in cable tv.

I don’t know where to begin w this train wreck.

      1) the “circle of life “ did not have the same impact as it did when sung by by Carmen Twillie and Lebo M.

      2)the dialogue was rushed

      3) Scars voice 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ like was Jeremy Irons not available?!?

      4) “Be Prepared” ... TERRIBLE

      5) glad that adult Nala had very few lines

      6) Timon and Pumba were the only saving grace

In short... see on discount Tuesday or wait for DVD (Red Box)

      End rant

OMG! Tim Burton adds his spin on Alice in Wonderland and people complain about keeping things close to the original. Lion King keeps it original and people complain it’s too close to the original! Make up your mind!!!

I saw the movie yesterday, and personally loved the movie. Dont listen to this clown. The movie was amazing. If you choose not to be a pessimistic cynical asshole, and you have an open mind, you will enjoy the hell out of this movie.

Am I the only one that doesnt like CGI? I think it's boring when the original was hand drawn frame by frame. So much more effort was clearly put into the original.

Cinderella was different from the original and I liked it. Beauty and the Beast added a lot of backstory, good new songs, some alternate takes on familiar scenes, and I liked it. I really have no interest in seeing this. Growing up it was Aladdin and Lion King for the #1 spot and Aladdin was extremely disappointing.

I gotta tell you the truth of how I felt by just watching little over two minutes of your review for this movie; I had to stop it and just not watch your review. Just to let you know I am a subscriber and I often watch your content. I just came home from watching the film which I consider was espectacular. Come on man there is phrase that goes, “if you have nothing good to say, don’t say it” and I honestly think you should follow that for many reasons:

1- I would say that about 80 to 90 percent of the people who watches your reviews haven’t seen the movies yet, therefore by you literally shitting on the movie is not going to attract anyone to go watch that film, and you have been doing that quite often, I’m saying it because I have noticed it. Me and a lot of people are pretty sure a lot of people would thank you if you stop doing that because is not good for anybody, but maybe the filmmakers if they decide to follow your OPINIONS and PERCEPTIONS of their movies.

I’m not going to keep writing because where I live is already midnight and I am exhausted nonetheless I have a lot more ideas that could help you out if you are interested in getting any feedback, especially from your viewers. And I really hope you value the time I took by writing one of the many areas in which I highly account you could improve, not only for you and the future of your channel, but for the millions of viewers you influence daily. And I also hope you a least pay attention to what I just wrote. If you have any questions please feel free to reach me out I would love to go over other things I consider are worth for you to know. Have a good day!

                                                                              Best Regards,

I cried, laughed, and song along to it. Now would I rewatch it again over the original, no! That should say enough, it's worth watch in the theater.

                                                                                • Lance Johnson

I would add that the audio mixing was very bad for me personally, just didn’t feel the punch of so many key moments (elephant graveyard roar, “long live the king”, Mufasa in the clouds, “I killed Mufasa” stick out easily)

But yeah, the voice acting was baaaad ( I LOVE JAMES EARL JONES. THANK GOD THEY KEPT HIM) Especially from the two leads...it just felt paint-by-numbers, with no emotion. Now I really enjoyed the first half, but once they grew up, it just felt lifeless...

How is there a debate? The film is all CG and therefore Not live action by definition.
Live action means it's real and caught on camera and you can add in some CGI but if Most or All of the film was made using CGI, you Can Not call it a live action film.

The monkey with the lession with a stick to simba that life hurts and yadyad you know that was an important part of the movie but was not there. They took some lines but in between those lines they changed quite a bit where it felt so off. Final rating for this movie 4/10. I felt no emotions to this movie nor did I enjoyed the singing. Only 2 parts of the movie sang where spot on.
